Yes. All volunteers are required to attend the designated training sessions and briefings to ensure understanding of their roles, tasks and operating procedures throughout the games.
Yes, a certificate of appreciation/participation will be given to volunteers who meet the participation requirements and commitment set by the organising committee.
Any form of facility, allowance or appreciation for volunteers is subject to the determination of the organiser and the approved allocation.
Transportation or accommodation facilities (where applicable) are subject to task requirements, placement location and the determination of the organising committee.
Volunteers must wear the official attire set by the organiser throughout the duration of their duties.
Any request to change task or location is subject to the consideration of the organising committee based on operational needs.
Volunteers must commit for the entire stipulated period, including attending training, briefings and carrying out assignments according to the schedule given.
Volunteers must inform their supervisor or the organising committee immediately and provide a reasonable explanation.
